My name, in my mother tongue, means hope. In my life, I was hoping a lot, but pretty soon I understood that if I would just hope, that may be one day something will come on my way, I would have no hope for a better future.
I am a born optimist so this optimism and hope for a better future made me to overcome the expectations of Albanian society, where I come from, in the 90s.
So today, with more than 22-year experience in the private sector I feel very fortunate to be a product of different experiences and cultures.
I first encountered the world of business at my early 20’s, when I started working for the company ”Adria Airways” in Tirana and the knowledge I got with this company gave me the opportunity to continue my career within the private sector starting from the bottom to the top. During these 22 years, where I have held different positions, so from employ to CEO, I have had the possibility to understand the advantages and the disadvantages of the small and medium-size companies.
Eversince I remember, I have had a very analytical approach, so I always look for which reasons are hidden behind the results, whether positive or negative, because the results position a company in the market or a person within a company.
This analytical approach and answers that I have been looking for, in some way, have obliged me to study different things and to take different approaches. In the last three years, I have studied, despite other programs, the Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the study of Excellence, the only program where I found what I was looking for.
Today, through different trainings and programs I offer, I do share with you the knowledge and my personal and professional experience. Programs which I do offer include consulting, Coaching, analyzing within the company or individual Coaching for personal and professional achievement.
In our days results bring us stability, security, joy, happiness, better health. In order to reach these results in personal or professional life, we have to possess certain skills, but communication is on the top of the list. In the seminars and trainings, I offer, I am not just giving some theoretical lectures or just some simple written techniques, but through practical demonstrations of different techniques I teach you how to create these bridges of communication. In our days, where the market is overloaded there is no space for improvisation. It is extremely important to have a professional approach to build and maintain strong client relationships, to be fair and correct with our colleagues, bosses etc.
